Rental Requirements

Tenancy Applicants please note: All applications for tenancy in this office are processed through TICA.

 

Conditions of application:

1. You must drive past the property in which you are interested (where practical).
2. You may then make an appointment with our Property Manager to view the premises internally.
3. You must view the property internally before you can apply to rent it (ideally).

You must have:

1. BOND (4 weeks rent) and 2 weeks rent arranged before applying to rent. Rent is then payable the following week.
2. On approval of application, all monies must be paid into Beachside Moore Park Real Estate’s Trust Account.
3. Applications will only be processed on a fully completed AND signed tenancy application form.
4. If your ability to meet rental payments is dependant upon Centrelink payments then paying rent by the Centrepay system will be a condition of your lease.

Please provide the following with your completed application.

1. 100 points ID including photo identification for all occupants over 18.
2. Proof of last residential address.
3. Supporting proof of income for payment of rental.

Our office reserves the right to allow for any changes or additions to the above.
